My first ‘jacquet’ came to life as a best friend’s wedding gift. Countless hours of work created a design that captured her shining personality & chic style. Her reaction was worth every second. my story

Ally Jacqueline Jacquets isn’t just another clothing brand — or at least not to me — and my hope is that you’ll easily be able to see that through the passion and dedication that is poured into my work. I want your experience working with me to be just as exceptional as your final piece of art! After all, this is no ordinary addition to your wardrobe.

My grandmother lived in Rome, Italy and I was lucky enough to visit her there every year. I’ll always remember walking down Via dei Condotti (a famous street lined with the world’s most coveted fashion brands) and being in awe at what the designers had created as we passed by all the beautiful window displays.

In middle school I spent my time drawing up sketches for my future clothing line. Although I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, the practical side of me felt it would be nearly impossible to “make it”. Instead, I decided on entertainment law, then went to university to study public relations, dipped my toes in event planning, and eventually ended up as a creative project manager.

In 2019 I decided to throw practicality out the window by going part-time at my “regular job” and focusing more energy on my business.

Browsing around you’ll notice I always write in the first person. That’s because everything from this website to packaging the jackets is done by me (although I wouldn’t survive without the support from my husband, family, and friends).

This means that when you order a piece of wearable art every step of the process is handled by the person who cares the absolute most about ensuring you love the final product. I’m thrilled about each and every new customer, my heart melts reading sweet reviews from my clients, and it makes my day when I’m sent gorgeous photos of my designs in the wild.
